Who sells what. Each arena ("Arena") sells its own hockey sessions and, if it offers one, its own prepaid wallet credit. Payments are made to the Arena through the Arena's own Stripe account; the Arena is the merchant. HockeyFiller provides the booking software and receives a fee from the Arena.

Bookings. Arenas set prices, roster sizes and cancellation windows. If you unreserve before the Arena's cutoff, a card authorization is released or a payment refunded, and a wallet hold is returned. After the cutoff the spot is paid. If an Arena cancels a session or removes you, your payment is reversed.

Pay at the rink. Where an Arena allows it, you can reserve now and pay at the front desk. Please pay before you go on the ice.

Wallets. Wallet credit is held by the Arena, can only be used for that Arena's sessions, can't be transferred or cashed out, never expires and has no fees. Unused credit bought by card can be refunded to the original card from your wallet; credit bought at a front desk is refunded by that Arena.

Accounts. Your account belongs to the Arena you signed up with. If you link accounts at several Arenas, each Arena still sees only its own bookings.

Playing hockey carries a risk of injury; Arenas' own waivers and rules apply. Questions: [email protected].
